We have placed more foam on the shoe collar to ensure a better fit and higher wearing comfort. Then we have improved the inner lining and padding throughout to ensure an incredibly smooth fit. Behind the Design When we came together to develop the design of the Peg 40, we literally took an inside-out approach and started with an implemented midfoot band for a safer but comfortable feel, as if the peg gives your arch a friendly, gentle hug. We wanted to make the inside of the shoe comfortable, breathable and comfortable, where your feet are most sensitive: on the toes, arch and heel. We achieved this with a specially developed circular pattern that adapts to your foot. The suede material ensures a better fit without skin irritation from the first run to the last run. The heel area optimises the landing area and improves rolling behaviour and durability. The waffle tread inspired pattern provides traction on the road. An additional flex groove allows for smooth rolling.
